How do I skip a week?

Grubby is flexible. You can skip weeks any time and you won't be charged.

We’re flexible, here at Grubby, and we understand that sometimes you might need to skip a week, or two.

The good news is that you can now skip up to 6 weeks in advance, so you can always make Grubby work around your plans.

First off, log in to your account. Be sure to use the same email that you made your first order with.

Once you’re logged in, head to ‘orders’, in the main menu, and you’ll see the list of all the available dates in the schedule.

Click on the date you want to skip and scroll down past the recipes and add on items to 'SKIP THIS WEEK' at the bottom of the page. Click here and you'll instantly receive an email confirmation of the change for your records.

You can also unskip weeks if you need to by clicking on 'UNSKIP' next to the skipped, crossed out date.

Please note, changes to your delivery schedule need to be made in your account before the required cut-off:

11.59pm on Thursday for a Monday delivery

11.59pm on Friday for a Tuesday delivery

11.59pm on Saturday for a Wednesday delivery

11.59pm on Sunday for a Thursday delivery

11.59pm on Monday for a Friday delivery

When your initial Grubby box has been paid for at the time you first signed up to your Grubby subscription, it is not possible to then skip or pause that delivery from your online Grubby account.
