How do I skip individual weeks or pause for more than one week?

Grubby is flexible. You can skip weeks any time and you won't be charged.

We offer the chance to skip deliveries up to 6 weeks in advance, so you can always make Grubby work around your plans.

First off, log in to your account. Be sure to use the same email that you made your first order with.

Once in your account, head to 'Upcoming orders' and you'll see all your next scheduled delivery dates listed.

You will then see the 'SKIP THIS WEEK' link top right above the recipe images on the mobile app, under the first listed recipe image for that week on the desktop web page or right at the bottom of the page on the mobile web version.

Click on the 'SKIP THIS WEEK' link and you'll instantly receive an email confirmation of the change for your records.

You can also unskip weeks if you need to by clicking on 'UNSKIP'

Please note, changes to your delivery schedule need to be made in your account before the required cut-off:

11.59pm on Thursday for a Monday delivery

11.59pm on Friday for a Tuesday delivery

11.59pm on Saturday for a Wednesday delivery

1.59pm on Sunday for a Thursday delivery

11.59pm on Monday for a Friday delivery

You can also pause your Grubby subscription for a period of time that suits you. Go to 'Settings' and scroll to 'PAUSE OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' hit 'PAUSE' and select how many weeks you wish to pause for.

When your initial Grubby box has been paid for at the time you first signed up to your Grubby subscription, it is not possible to then skip or pause that delivery from your online Grubby account.
