To choose your recipes
You can now select all your recipes up to 6 weeks in advance, with 19–21 delicious options available each week. We’ve increased the number of choices to give you more variety and a wider range of exciting ingredients, while still keeping the selection manageable to maintain our focus on quality, seasonality, and smooth delivery operations (more choice means more complexity in packing!).
Login into your account (be sure to use the same email address as the one used on your first order).
Go to 'Orders' from the main menu, choose the specific delivery date that you are choosing for (on the left hand side) and you will see the recipe choices available for that week.
Simply choose your recipes that week by hitting 'ADD' you can use the '-' symbol on those that you are not so keen on and the '+' symbol on those that you are choosing to add to your box. (You are able to choose more than one of each if you want to feed more people!)
Don't forget to click 'SAVE CHOICES' once you're happy with your selection
** It is REALLY IMPORTANT that you do this to secure your selection. **
Once saved, you'll immediately receive an email confirmation stating your recipe changes (please check your spam in case you don't see it). We'll be sure to keep you notified each week about making your choices, or you can simply leave it to us and we will send you our Grubby favourites.
The cut-off point to make changes to your recipes within your account is:
11.59pm on Thursday (for a Monday delivery)
11.59pm on Friday (for a Tuesday delivery)
11.59pm on Saturday (for a Wednesday delivery)
11.59pm on a Sunday (for a Thursday delivery)
11.59pm on Monday (for a Friday delivery)
Four recipe box customers
If you have ordered a four recipe box and do not make your own recipe selection via your Grubby account, you will by default receive the first four recipes listed within our recipes section.
Three recipe box customers
If you have ordered a three recipe box and do not make your own recipe selection via your Grubby account, you will by default receive the first three recipes listed within our recipes section.
Two recipe box customers & Family Box Customers
If you are a two/ three recipe box customer and do not make your own recipe selection via your Grubby account, you will by default receive the first two recipes listed within our recipes section.
