Don’t worry, you will still receive your Grubby box!
We ask all of our customers to provide details of a safe place to leave their Grubby boxes, in case you aren’t home to receive your delivery.
Our delivery partners will follow your delivery instructions that you have provided to ensure you receive your Grubby box safely.
To update your delivery instructions and safe place you’ll need to log into your Grubby account and navigate to the ‘Settings’ page. Simply edit your delivery notes, as shown below.
Under 'Delivery addresses' click 'Edit' and scroll to 'Delivery safe place if not in' where there is a drop down for the primary place of delivery and a free format field for up to 25 characters of additional notes for the courier.
Try to keep your delivery instructions short and sweet, so our delivery partners can follow them quickly and easily! (You have 25 characters to use, including spaces).
