How do you handle allergens?

All our recipes are 100% vegan and are free from ingredients containing animal products, including; meat, dairy, eggs, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

We know how important it is to have clear and reliable allergen info, and we’re committed to being as transparent as possible across ready meals and meal kits.

For meal kits, we highlight the legally required top 14 allergens on our recipe cards and online before you select your meals. We highly recommend double-checking the labels on each ingredient inside your box too, especially if you have a severe allergy.

While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, our meals are made and packed in facilities that handle a range of allergens, so we can’t guarantee they’re 100% free from traces.

For ready meals, you’ll find a full ingredients list on the pack and online, with allergens clearly highlighted in bold.
