For new customers who wish to redeem a voucher, simply enter your code in the order Summary box as you move through the checkout process when you set up your account.

The 'ENTER PROMO CODE' link sits under the Order summary.

Click on that link and the field where you enter the code will appear.

Once you have entered the code, click 'APPLY'.

Any voucher or credit balance you have on your Grubby account will automatically apply to the next payment that processes.

If you are an existing customer and wish to redeem a gift voucher, simply log into your Grubby account and head over to 'Settings'.

Scroll down to 'Discounts and credits' Click the drop down and enter your discount code in the 'Enter a new discount code' field there.

If your voucher or credit balance covers more than one order, it will continue to apply automatically to your following orders until fully redeemed.

There's no tie-in and no commitment. Your subscription is completely flexible. You can skip weeks anytime and change however many recipes you want to. You can manage your deliveries up to 6 weeks ahead of time.

Please double-check the T&Cs on the voucher to make sure you're eligible for this voucher. The most common reason for vouchers not working is when existing customers try to use a new customer offer, or vice-versa. If you have the correct voucher but it's not working, it could be an issue with the browser. Try another browser or the incognito window in your current browser to see if this helps.
