We want to be transparent with you about the materials we use, why we use them and what the hell you should do with them so they can live their best life.

YOUR GUIDE ON

♻ WHAT TO RECYCLE ♻

ECO PODS

Used for spices, nuts, dried fruits, sauces etc. Fully recyclable and BDP treated, meaning they degrade in under 5 years if they happen to end up in landfill.

BOXES, BROWN BAGS, RECIPE CARDS

All are FSC approved meaning they come from sustainable forests and/or recycled sources.

TIN & CARDBOARD PUNNETS

Used often for coconut milk, jackfruit, pulses, beans, and sweetcorn. Punnets for tomatoes and mushrooms.

SOME ITEMS ARE IN PLASTIC

WHY?!

From time to time, plastic is used in our boxes, and you might spot it with herbs, loose leaves or around a cucumber. The tricky truth is that in some instances, plastic still plays an important role in tackling food waste and keeping produce fresh. Don’t get us wrong, we’d much rather use eco-friendly alternatives, and we’re pushing ourselves to continuously to research and test new materials.
