We understand that you might not always want to receive your box to the same address every week. So we have made it super easy to get your box delivered to the place that suits you best.

Within your account you are able to save multiple addresses. Then, when you are managing your weekly deliveries, it is extremely easy to choose one of these as the delivery address for that particular week.

You can choose 6 different delivery addresses for 6 different rolling weeks in one go, and relax in the knowledge that your next month of Grubby is all taken care of.

Step 1

Login to your account, go to 'Settings' and expand the 'Delivery addresses' section. Here you will find the option to add a new address

Add the address you want to store as part of your saved addresses making sure to include a telephone number (for delivery notifications), a safe place, and any delivery instructions for this address.

Step 2

You have the option to select an address to be your 'DEFAULT' from your list of addresses

To select an address for a particular delivery week, in 'Upcoming orders' pick the week you wish to change the address for and underneath 'Select your recipes' click on the address listed and your whole address book will appear.

Click on the address that you wish to choose for that week!

If you don't change the address for a particular week, we'll deliver your box to your default address :)

Any changes to a delivery (recipe choices/skipping the week/changing delivery address/amending box size etc) must be made before the required cut-off for that delivery:

Before 11.59pm on Thursday (for Monday deliveries)

Before 11.59pm on Friday (for Tuesday deliveries)

Before 11.59pm on Saturday (for Wednesday deliveries)

Before 11.59pm on Sunday (for Thursday deliveries)

Before 11.59pm on Monday (for Friday deliveries)
