At Gryzzly, billing is flexible and adapts to your needs, whether you have a monthly or annual subscription.

  • For monthly subscriptions, each month, your bill is automatically adjusted based on the number of active users in Gryzzly. If you add a user during the month, they will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the days they were active. Conversely, if a user is deactivated in the middle of the month, you will only be charged for the days they were active.

  • For annual subscriptions, you commit to a set number of users for a year with a 20% discount. If you add users during the year, you will be charged for the remaining months until your renewal date. If you deactivate users, we will adjust your quarterly invoice with a refund for users above your commitment threshold. Below that threshold, deactivations do not generate a refund, but you can add users again without immediate impact on billing.

This gives you the flexibility to manage your teams while keeping control of your costs!

Example for annual commitment: I subscribe on January 1st for 12 months and 10 users, receiving 2 months free.

  • On January 1st, I am billed for 10 annual licenses.

  • I add 2 users on March 1st, and I will be billed for 10/12 of an annual license for those 2 users (10 months until the renewal date).

  • I deactivate 3 users on July 1st:

    • I get a refund for the 6 months already paid for the two users added during the year.

    • I have a credit for 6 months. If I add a new user, I won’t pay anything this year because I will still be within my threshold of 10 users.
