GSMtasks allows you to import tasks from Excel files, making it easy to create large numbers of tasks in just a few clicks.
Before creating your import file, there are a few formatting guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a successful import.

What Information Can I Import?
The tables below explain each field that can be imported into GSMtasks and provide examples of the corresponding column names.
Note: Column names are completely customizable. The names shown below are examples onlyâyou can use any column names you prefer when creating your import file.

Metafields (Custom fields)
Custom fields let you store additional information specific to your business. They can be created, edited, and deleted in Settings â Custom Fields.
Tip: The easiest way to see how to format a certain field you want to input is to export a task with that field and see what the export formatting looks like.

After importing your Excel file, GSMtasks parses each column and maps it to the appropriate task field.
