Auto-assigning automatically matches tasks to the most suitable driver or vehicle based on your settings, saving your dispatch team time on manual assignment.
Auto-Assign Settings
Auto-assign orders: Automatically assign new orders as they come in.
Auto-assign task time: Automatically set the estimated time for each task.
Rotate time: Set how often tasks are reassigned or rotated among available drivers.
Maximum distance: Set the maximum distance a driver can be from a task for it to be auto-assigned to them.
Maximum number of tasks per route: Limit how many tasks can be auto-assigned to a single route.
Auto-assign optimize: Automatically optimize the route order when new tasks are auto-assigned.
Save Your Settings
Once you've configured the auto-assign settings above, save your changes to apply them.
Auto-Activate Tasks
Auto-activate automatically activates tasks at the scheduled time, so drivers see them in their app without manual activation.
Auto-Complete Tasks
Auto-complete automatically marks tasks as complete once the driver has finished the required steps, reducing manual updates.
