Why was my order canceled or only partially completed?

Sometimes, our server encounters issues that prevent it from processing orders, and as a result, some orders may be canceled or only partially completed. If your order was canceled, the system will automatically refund the full amount paid for the order. You can verify the refund by checking your account balance. In case of a canceled order, you can simply place a new order or try our different services again.
