How to Edit a User

Managers have the ability to update user information or edit user permissions for any user in their account. To do this, login to Guardify, and click "Users & Groups" in the lefthand menu.

Find the user you wish to update. Hover over the user's name and select the pencil icon that appears to the right to open the Edit User page.

There you can update the user's name, email address, mobile phone number, organization type, organization name, role, and user permissions.

Note: A manager user cannot change their own name, email address, or title. These fields will need to be updated by another manager in the account.

Don't forget to click Save to make sure the changes go through.
