When sharing interviews in Guardify, the License Manager has the ability to limit users to one Guarded Playback download per video.
How to enable the feature:
The License Manager can turn on the ‘limit to one download’ feature by clicking the 3-dot menu at the top right corner of the screen and selecting "account settings."
Find the "Limit users to one download per video" setting, and click the toggle on. Then, click "save."
How to reset the download limit:
The custodian of the interview can reset the ability for the user to download another time. Simply click into the interview, and scroll down below the video player to the tab that says "User Downloads."
The "user downloads" tab will show you all downloads that have been made for that interview. Find the specific Guarded Playback download for the specific user that you need to reset and click the circle arrow button to the right. This will allow that user to download another Guarded Playback copy of that interview again if needed.
Note: Original (unencrypted) downloads cannot be limited or reset.
