Add Additional Files to an Interview

Once an interview is created in Guardify, any additional images, files or documents that were uploaded with the interview videos will be available in a list below the video player.

Along with viewing these additional files, the interview custodian is able to upload additional files to the interview after the interview is initially uploaded to Guardify.

  • From My Interviews, click on the interview that you would like to add additional files to.

  • Scroll down to the list below the video player, and click "Upload" at the top right of your list of files.

  • A purple "add attachments" box will open for you to click on to find your additional files, or you can drag and drop them directly into the box.

  • Click "add."

Your new files will now be listed in the files list below the video player, and you will see an upload status beside each new file you have added. The upload status will disappear once the file has been uploaded and processed.

To share these files with users, you will need to select each attachment from the share access screen for each user that you want to give access to.
