Interview custodians have the ability to link related interviews together to ensure that other users are aware of all related evidence. A user with a Manager role can link any interviews within the license while users with an Interviewer role can only link interviews in their custody.
To link one interview to another, click into one of the interviews you would like to link. Click link in the top right corner.
Then search for related identifiers (ex: interviewee first or last name, alleged offender first or last name, case ID numbers). Select the check box next to the interviewee name to link and then click "Link to Interview."
These interviews are now linked, and all users that have one of these interviews shared with them will be able to see that there are other interviews associated with them. In order for users to gain access to the other linked interviews, each one must be shared with them as well.
