Sharing with Import allows for a digital copy of an interview to be given to another agency that has Guardify, allowing each agency to have its own copy. The recipient has full custodianship of the new copy, and the originally shared interview stays in the account that initially shared it.
When the option to import is shared, the receiving user will log into the center license in which the interview has been shared with them, and click on the "Interviews" tab in the lefthand menu to access the "Shared with Me" tab at the top of the page.
From the list of shared interviews, search for the one you want to import into another Guardify account, and open the interview.
Click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the video player, then click Import.
Once the import has been initiated, the receiving user will log into their own Guardify license by clicking the 3-dots in the top right corner and clicking Switch Accounts. Select your own account that you are importing the interview into.
To access the imported copy in their Interviews or Cases tab. The receiving user now has full custodianship over the copy in their license.
Note: The Interview History will reflect import actions in both copies of the interview.
