Manager and Interviewer roles have the ability to upload interviews directly to archive. This process automatically uploads the interview into the centers long-term archive. The center is able to move the interview into active at any time.
After logging in to Guardify, under the Interviews menu, select the My Interviews tab at the top of the screen. This page displays all of the interviews you have created within Guardify. Here, click "create" at the top right of the screen.
Enter details about the interview on the left side of the Create Interview page. Use the lavender upload box on the right to add videos, images and documents. You may load up to five camera angles - choose the primary camera view to be transcribed. Click the "Archive Interview" toggle so that it is switched to the right. Click Create.
During the upload process, the interview is encrypted and sent to your interview archive, instead of having the interview available in your list of active interviews. This process may take as long as 24 hours to complete.
From here, your interview is finished and archived on Guardify! The center can restore the interview at any time by searching for the interview and selecting "restore." Restoring the interview can take up to 12 hours.
