Live Sessions Overview

Guardify Live is a secure, real-time, video collaboration and recording tool that can be used with your MDTs across your organization to host virtual meetings and stream live interview sessions.

It can be managed at the account level from this Guardify Live menu, where you can schedule sessions and invite users, and access any sessions that have been scheduled, all from one location.

Sessions can also be managed from within a specific Interview, allowing you to schedule sessions specific to those interviews and the specific users who have access to them.

When you create a session in Guardify, users will get an email notifying them that they have been invited, and their secure link will require them to log into their Guardify account prior to joining the session.

When you host a session in Guardify Live, you can share your screen and stream video playback for the members of your session, and record the stream to be saved.

When the session is complete, the recording of that session will be uploaded as a new video or an attachment directly into the interview card that you have associated that session with.
