Once you have created a group, you can share interviews with that group. Click into an interview and select share at the top right of the screen. On the Shared Access screen, select add in the top right corner and then click the group button.
Select the group you want to share with from the drop-down menu, and click Add in the bottom right corner.
Select each of the permissions that you want the group to have access to. Click save at the bottom.
From the share access screen, you can see everyone who is in the group that you have selected by clicking the plus sign to the left of the Name column
Note: Tags can also be shared with specific groups. When you create a tag, simply select the group you want to share the tag with. Click Save, and the tag will appear in the list.
Group tags will be marked with a purple multiple-users icon.
