Pro: Restoring Cases

In order to access, share, or transfer a case from the archive, it must first be restored to active status. To do this, navigate to "Cases" in the left hand menu.

From the "My Cases" tab, click the "Filter" option near the top left of your list of cases.

This will open a Filter options menu where you can select to show your Active, Archived cases, or Archiving Soon cases. Check the "archived" box, and then click "Apply."

This will make all of your archived cases visible on your My Cases list.

Find the case you want to restore, and click the 3-dot menu on the right side of the file. Click "Restore." A “Restore Request” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to restore this case. Click “Restore.”

Once confirmed, the status of the case will immediately change from “Archived” to “Restoring.” Restoring an interview from the archive can take up to 12 hours.
