Any file type can be uploaded to Guardify if it is included in a .zip package that is uploaded to a case. However, to upload individual files to be accessed and downloaded individually, they must be one of the following file formats:
supported video file formats:
Guardify is optimized for .mp4 video files but also supports playback of the following file types:
video, quicktime, wmv, mpeg, mp4, m4v, avi, mpg, asf, dav, vob, mov, mkv, mjpeg, mts
supported Audio file formats:
m4a, aac, ac3, aiff, au, flac, mka, mp3, ogg, voc, wav, wma
supported document file formats:
pdf, doc, docx, txt, ppt, pptx, key, xls, xlsx, odp, csv, xlsx
supported image file formats:
jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp, png, heic
non-supported file formats:
These are all file formats that cannot be uploaded individually to a case, however they can be included in .zip files that are uploaded into cases:
dll, js, BUP, html, css, json, msg, db, swf, CIL, woff2, mtd, eot, luac, dat, exe, vlt, inf, HTM, lua, cfg, pas, msi, def, INI, chm, config, bat, jar, catalog, lnk
