Pro: How to re-invite expired users

How to approve requests for a new invitation

When a new user is added to Guardify, their invitation to set up their new account is active for 90 days. After 90 days, clicking the link in their welcome email will direct them to a page that tells them their link is expired.

When this happens, approving Manager users for the account that they were invited to will receive an email letting them know that a new user needs to have their invitation re-sent.

Clicking this link will direct you to log into your Guardify account. Once logged in, this request can be reviewed by clicking "Messages" in the left-hand navigation, and then clicking "Requests."

The Request will be from the name of the user who made the request, and be called "New User Invitation."

Once you open the request, you will see the details of the user making the request, and the option to resend their invitation, or ignore the request.

Once you click "Resend Invite," the request will show as approved in your list of requests, and the requesting user will get a new "welcome to Guardify" email to set up their Guardify user account.

How to re-send a link from your Users list

You can also re-send an invitation to a user proactively, without needing a request from them.

From your Users list, all of your users will have a status informing you whether or not their account is active. The yellow "Invite Expired" status will let you know this user's invitation is expired.

To send them a new invitation, scroll to the right of their name in the list and click icon that looks like a circle with a line through it.

This will prompt you to re-send their confirmation email.

Once you click RESEND, this user will receive a new welcome email that will allow them to complete their account set up.
