How to Archive a Single Case

Archiving a single case can be done by the owner of the case from their "Cases" screen. Find the case you want to archive and click the 3-dot menu on the case. Click "Archive."

An “Archive Case” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your request. Click "Confirm."

The case will immediately change from “Active” to “Archiving,” and will be unable to be viewed once the archiving process has started. Once the archiving process is complete, the status of the case will change from “Archiving” to Archived.”

How to Bulk Archive Cases

Archiving multiple cases at once can be done by manager users from the Summary Report.

Note: The summary report is an optional user permission that can be turned on for manager users by the account License Manager.


After selecting “Summary Report” in the left-hand menu, you can select all the cases that you want to archive by selecting the checkbox in the left-hand column. Once you’ve checked the boxes, click the “Bulk Actions” drop-down at the top of the screen and select Archive.

An “Archive Cases” pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your request and show you the number of cases you have chosen to archive. Click "Confirm."

All cases will immediately change from “Active” to “Archiving,” and are unable to be viewed once the archiving process has started. Once the archiving process is complete, the status of the case will change from “Archiving” to Archived.”
