Once you have been added as a user in a Guardify account, you will receive an email from no-reply@mail.guardify.com with the subject "Welcome to Guardify for Prosecutors!". Once you receive this email, follow these 3-simple steps to access your account:
In your welcome email, click the "Set Up Account" button and be taken directly to set your new password.
2. Your new password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and at least one of each of the following characters: uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and at least one special character (i.e. a non-alphabetic or non-numeric character).
3. Have your mobile phone ready to receive the 6-digit multi-factor authentication code. Enter the code into the login screen. Note: The 6-digit mobile code is time-sensitive and will be deactivated if not utilized within 3 minutes.
Now that your account has been set up, you can access Guardify by visiting http://app.guardify.com, or through the email notification you will receive when a case has been shared with you.
