Turning on Defense Private Mode at the account level hides Defense user activity from all viewers with access to Case History on individual cases.
Activity that will always be shown includes:
Case shared with defense user
Share details changed (permissions changed, files added/removed, expiration changed)
Activity that will be hidden includes:
Defense user viewed a case
Defense user uploaded or downloaded case file(s
Defense user deleted a case file that they uploaded (if they have those permissions!)
Turning the Defense Private Mode setting off again will then re-enable viewing of all future AND past History and Activity in the case history for Defense users.
Defense Private mode can be turned on in the account settings by the License Manager. To do this, click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the screen and select "Account Settings."
From the account settings menu, scroll down to the "Defense" section on the right and check the box for Defense Private Mode
