Pro: Deleting files in a case

The owner of a case in Guardify can delete individual files that have been uploaded to a case.

To delete a file, open the case where the file is located, and locate the individual file that needs to be deleted.

Hover over the file and click the 3-dot menu to the right of the file.

From the menu that appears, select "delete."

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete this file. Type DELETE in all caps, and then click CONFIRM.

Note: Deleted files CAN NOT be recovered; please delete with caution.

Deleting multiple files at once

If you would like to delete multiple files at once, you can do so by selecting each file with the check boxes to the left of the file names.

Once you have selected the files, click the 3-dot menu at the top right of your list of files.

From the menu that appears, select "delete."

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete these files. Type DELETE in all caps, and then click CONFIRM.

Note: Deleted files CAN NOT be recovered; please delete with caution.
