When you share a case in Guardify, you are able to give users the ability to upload their own evidence into the attachments of a case. This is an optional permission that you can choose to give users on a per-user basis.
To do this, click share at the top right corner of the case
And then click "add" at the top right of the Share Access screen that appears. The Add Shared Access box will pop up where you can choose the user that you would like to share this case with.
Click add, and this user will be added to the share access list, where you can decide what this new user has access to on this case:
Each check box shown is an individual permission for that case that you are sharing. You can choose one or all of these permissions to give a user access to. So for example if you only want this user to be able to upload additional evidence to the case and not be able to view other evidence or videos included, you can do that by only clicking the upload check box, and then clicking save at the bottom of the page.
This user will be notified that a new case has been shared with them, and they will be able to log in and upload any additional evidence. The admin of the case will then be notified anytime new attachments have been added to their cases.
