If a user that you have added to your system did not receive their welcome email and has not completed the confirmation of their account, manager users can resent that welcome email from the Users list.
First, log into Guardify and click "Users & Groups" in the left-hand menu.
A list of all users that have been added to your organization will appear. Find the user that you want to re-send the invitation to in the list. If they have not confirmed their account, there will be a circle with a line through it in the "confirmed" column at the far right of their row.
Clicking the circle will then re-send the welcome email to that user, which includes a link that will allow them to complete the set up of their account.
