Why am I seeing a blank white screen when trying to access my account?

Occasionally, Guardify needs to be allowlisted or added as an approved website by IT. If a user or an agency is unable to access Guardify, they can check to ensure our domains are approved by their network security.

Please pass this information along to that office to give to their IT personnel:

Guardify is a web-based SaaS product that requires several domains to be allowlisted:

  • app.guardify.com

  • and a wildcard for *.amazonaws.com (expected subdomains will be in the format guardify.s3.us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com where the "us-gov-west-1" portion may vary).

  • Guardify uses a standard HTTPS TCP protocol over port 443.
