Tips for if you're having trouble getting logged in

If you have trouble logging into Guardify, check the following:

  1. Confirm you are using the correct email address to login (it is not case sensitive).

  2. Check that you are using the correct password. If you cannot remember it, just click on "forgot password" and create a new one! (You can create a new password only if you have used the system at least once)

  3. Make sure you have access to the phone that we have on file for you. Guardify requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) each time you log in, which means you will receive a code via text message to complete your login. It may take a few moments for the code to come through.

  4. If you still cannot log in, we may need to verify that we have the correct information on file for you. From the login screen, you can click "trouble logging in?" to verify your account information, and we’ll notify your account manager if anything looks wrong.
