Users with the "Can access all office cases" user permission enabled have full rights to access, edit and share the contents of all cases created in your Guardify License. The License Manager may turn on this permission for users with the "manager" or "investigator" user role and whose organization type is โLaw Enforcement.โ
Step 1: As the License Manager, click on Users & Groups in the left menu.
Step 2: Find the user you want to edit in the list, and click on the pencil icon at the end of the row next to the user you want to edit.
Step 3: Scroll down to the user permissions at the bottom of the user page that appears, and check the box under "Office Permissions" for "Can access all office cases."
Once this permission is enabled for a user, an "Office Cases" will show in their top menu under the Cases tab.
All Cases created in the Law Enforcement office's Guardify license will be fully accessible to users with the Office Cases tab, including the ability to edit, upload additional evidence, and share the case.
