Cases can only be deleted by the person who originally created a case, or by the License Manager. In both situations, the case must be in their ownership. However, there is a bulk delete option, which is a user permission that can be assigned to one manager user per account. In order to be able to delete in bulk, please reach out to support@guardify.com.
To delete in bulk, click on the "Summary Report" in the left-hand menu
Select the cases that you'd like to delete by selecting the check boxes to the left of the case rows. Then click on the "Bulk Actions" drop down menu at the top of the screen and select "Delete"
After selecting "Delete," you will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete these cases. Type DELETE in the box, then click "Confirm."

Note: Deleted cases cannot be recovered, so please use caution when deleting cases.
