Cases that are no longer active can be marked as closed in Guardify.
To close a case, navigate to your list of cases and search for the one you want to close. Click to open the case, and then edit the case details by clicking the pencil icon.
On the edit case page, click the "Case Closed" check box.
This will enable a resolution type field with a drop down list of resolutions to choose from.
Once a case is marked as closed, it will only show up in your list of cases if you have the “closed” filter selected.
When a case is closed, it can still be accessed, shared, and the files can be downloaded at anytime, and will show its "closed" status with a black left-hand border.
Accessing a closed case will show you the resolution type at the top of the case.
