How to delete cases from your Guardify account

Cases can only be deleted by the person who originally created a case, or by a License Manager. In both situations, the case must be in their ownership.

To delete a case, log into Guardify and find the case that should be deleted. Click the 3-dot menu at the top right of the case card and click "Delete."

Note: If you are in list-view, this menu is at the far right side of the row.

After selecting delete, you will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete this case. type DELETE in the box, then click "Confirm."

Deleted cases cannot be recovered, so please use caution when deleting cases.
