When a person leaves their position, access to Guardify should be disabled. Manager users have the ability to disable an account.
To disable a user's access, click Users & Groups in the left hand menu.
Find the user you want to remove access.
Under the "Enable" column, toggle the blue switch from the right to left.
This user will immediately be disabled from the system.
