1. Create Your Employer Admin Profile
You can access the registration page by clicking the "Post Better Ads" button on the main landing page and selecting "Employer."
Enter your email address; this will serve as your username and will be used for all platform communications, including notifications when candidates apply for your open positions on Vetevate.
Fill in your first name, last name, and contact telephone number to complete setting up your employer admin profile.
2. Create Your Workplace Profile
Enter the name of your hospital or practice and the practice's telephone number.
To find your practice's Google Business listing, enter the name of your practice or hospital in the "Find Your Practice" box and select it from the list that appears. If you do not have a Google listing, you won't be able to create a workplace profile. You must first create your free Google Business listing before proceeding. Indicate the number of veterinarians and vet techs/nurses employed at your practice or hospital.
If your practice is AAHA accredited, Fear Free certified, or Cat Friendly certified, be sure to select these accreditations so they will be displayed with your job listings on Vetevate.
3. Showcase Your Employer Brand: Your time to shine
Enter your practice's website address by copying and pasting the URL into the text box.
We highly recommend investing in a professional recruitment video to highlight your team, workplace culture, and facilities. This will help differentiate you from the competition and enhance your chances of attracting top candidates for your job openings. You can upload your video via YouTube or Vimeo by pasting the URL into the provided text box.
Similarly, provide links to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) social media pages. Candidates will be able to access your practice website and social media directly from your job ad.
Next is your "Culture Pitch". This is your chance to describe to job seekers exactly what makes your workplace unique. To help you create an attention-grabbing culture pitch, we have designed a behavioural neuroscience-informed AI co-pilot to help you. Simply answer the three questions and our AI co-pilot will do the rest.
4. Upload your logo and practice pics
Images (and video) in job adverts have the power to show off your people, facilities, and culture and bring to life the experience of what it’s really like to work in your practice.
Click on the practice logo placeholder to upload your logo in PNG or JPEG format.
Next, click on each practice image placeholder to upload photos of your team doing what they love at work, in PGN or JPEG format.
The logo and images can be deleted and/or replaced at any time.
