Here we explain how to involve your team members by inviting them to contribute to your job posting with a testimonial

  1. Invite your team members

    • Job seekers are more likely to apply to a company if they see positive feedback or endorsements from current or past employees. This is often referred to as social proof.

    • We have made it super easy for you to boost the appeal of your job posting even more by adding testimonials from your team.

    • You can invite team members by entering their email addresses in the field provided during onboarding. Or at any time from your dashboard.

    • We will send your team members an email with a link to a form, inviting them to upload a photo and share their responses to three questions about why they enjoy being part of your practice.
