Uploading a Video to Vimeo from Your Phone:
Open the Vimeo App: Ensure you're signed in to your Vimeo account.
Tap the Upload Icon: Typically represented by an upward arrow or “+” icon, located at the bottom or top of the screen.
Select Your Video: Choose the video file you want to upload from your phone’s gallery.
Add Video Details: Enter a title and description for your video. You might also have options for adding tags and selecting privacy settings.
Upload the Video: Tap “Upload” or “Submit” to start the uploading process.
Creating and Copying the Video URL:
Access Your Video: Once the upload is complete, navigate to your video within the Vimeo app, usually found in your profile or library section.
Open the Video: Tap on the video to view it.
Share the Video: Use the share icon (often an arrow) to get sharing options.
Copy the Link: Select "Copy Link" to copy the URL to your clipboard.
You can now paste this copied URL to the Practice Video field provided
Uploading a Video to Vimeo from Your PC:
Visit Vimeo: Go to Vimeo in your web browser and sign in to your account.
Click the 'New Video' Button: This may be labelled as “Upload” and is often found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Your Video File: Click “Choose Files” to browse and select the video you want to upload from your computer.
Add Details and Settings: Input a title, description, and tags. Set your video’s privacy according to your preferences.
Upload Your Video: Click “Upload” to start the process.
Creating and Copying the Video URL:
Access Your Video: After the upload is completed, go to your videos in Vimeo by navigating to the “Manage Videos” section.
Locate the Video: Click on the video to open its page.
Copy the URL: The video URL is typically shown in your browser's address bar. Copy it directly from there.
You can now paste this copied URL to the Practice Video field provided
