Additionally, you have the option to upload your résumé to the Vetevate Résumé Database. This grants other employers with active listings on Vetevate the ability to view your résumé if you choose.

When adding your résumé to the database, you can select either full visibility or anonymous visibility, which keeps all personal contact information redacted. If you choose anonymous visibility, your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and identifiable work history will remain confidential. Employers can still contact you via the platform without seeing your email address.

When setting up your job seeker account on Vetevate, uploading your résumé is required. By doing so, you decide how it will be viewed by employers with active job listings: fully visible or anonymously, with personal contacts withheld.

If you opt for anonymous upload, rest assured that your name, email, phone number, and work history details are kept private. Employers who wish to reach out can email you through the platform, yet your actual email address remains concealed.
