How to post a job ad for your practice on the vetevate.com job board.

Here we describe how to set the job ad template you have created live on the vetevate.com job board for a specific practice on your profile

Updated over 2 months ago

  1. Introduction

To set a job ad live, navigate to your dashboard page. From there, you can view a list of all the practices associated with your profile, see the job ads you have created, identify which job ads are currently live, and access applications for specific jobs at each practice.

  2. Activating your job ad by setting live

To activate the job ad and make it visible on the Vetevate job board for job seekers to view and apply, simply toggle the button to the right of the job title. The button will change color to indicate that the job is now live.

  3. Choosing your subscription plan for the specific practice

When posting your first job for a specific practice, you must select a subscription plan to sign up for.

If you choose the Standard or Relief plan, you will be charged per job posting each month until cancelled.

If you opt for the Premium Plan, you will pay a monthly fee per practice, allowing you to post unlimited job ads for that practice without any additional costs. This plan also grants you access to the Resume Database and ensures that your job postings are included in the “New Job Alert” email sent weekly to job seekers who have signed up for these notifications.

For employers managing more than 10 practices, we offer a tailored Enterprise plan that includes everything on the premium plan at a preferential rate.

  4. Your job ad is now live!

Once you complete the payment process, your job ad will be live on the VetEvate.com job board.

Unlike other job boards, listings on VetEvate.com are automatically sorted by proximity, displaying jobs from closest to farthest from the job seeker’s location. This means you can be confident that your job ad will reach candidates who are nearby and ready to apply.

  5. Posting a job ad for more than one practice?

Keep in mind that all job templates are accessible for all practices linked to your employer profile. If the position is specific to only one practice, including an identifier (e.g. practice name or zip code) in the job title will help you easily identify the corresponding job ad when it's time to activate it for that particular practice.

Remember you only pay when you have an active job listing. If you choose to not renew your subscription, simply turn off your job ad from your dashboard before the next payment date. This means that you can simply activate the job ad again when you are ready.
