Introduction – What are the benefits of the integration?

The integration with the property management system VisBook helps you automatically synchronize reservation and guest data with your Guestnet platform. This allows you to digitize the check-in process, reduce manual effort, and offer your guests a fully connected experience.

How to set up the VisBook integration

ℹ️ Currently, PMS systems can only be connected by our Customer Success Team. We are working on a self-service solution.

The setup of the PMS is therefore done during the onboarding call. Below is an overview of the requirements needed for integration:

Token (password)
Hotel ID

How often does the data sync with VisBook?

Data synchronization occurs every 5 minutes.
