Introduction – What does this integratino offer?
The Shiji module helps you automatically import guest and reservation data from your PMS and synchronize it with your Guestnet platform. It ensures a modern, connected guest experience and enables real-time data flow – directly integrated into your Guestnet environment.

How to Set Up the Shiji Integration
ℹ️ Currently, PMS systems can only be connected by our Customer Success Team. We are currently working on a self-service solution.
The PMS setup is therefore carried out during the onboarding call. Below you will find an overview of the requirements necessary for the connection.

How often is the data synchronized?
How often is the data synchronized?
Data synchronization occurs in real time, provided that the webhooks are correctly set up.
If no webhooks are configured, synchronization takes place once per day (not recommended).
