The My Stay module helps you manage your guests’ current stays clearly and provide important information centrally. It ensures a modern, transparent guest experience – directly integrated into your Guestnet.

Display of checked-in guests from the PMS
Preview of arriving guests (with Pre-Check-in activated)
Status overview of welcome emails and email addresses
Insight into guest invoice items and spa appointments
How to set up the My Stay module
Open the backend section Guestapp > My Stay
Click on current stays to get to this overview
To display stays in this overview, a guest registration must be completed in the PMS system and an email address must be provided.
In the overview you will find the following options. Check the integration with your PMS (e.g., synchronization of guests and invoices)

Departure on
Room number
Traveling guests
Welcome email sent

Allow self-checkout -> Here you can choose whether guests should be allowed to check themselves out via the checkout tool
