Introduction – What does this module do for me?
The Wellness & Beauty module helps you digitally present and efficiently manage your spa, wellness, and beauty offers. It ensures a modern, contactless booking experience – directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

These functions are available in the Wellness & Beauty module:
Digital management of treatments incl. description, duration, and images
Categorization with filter option for guests
Display of optional information such as staff, room, or intro text
Special pricing through offer price function
Order & visibility can be customized
“Show Only” function for targeted category display
Easily copy and reuse treatments
Integration of the content via widget on other channels, for example the hotel website.
Optional: GDPR-compliant, mobile-optimized, ideal for upselling through visual presentation.
How to set up the Wellness & Beauty module
Activate module
Open the backend and go to: Modules > Wellness & Beauty
2. Configure settings
Show intro text yes/no
Hide staff or treatment rooms
Define available time slots for the request form
3. Create categories
Navigate to: Upselling > Wellness & Beauty > Categories
Enter category or categories in each language
Set the order via drag & drop
4. Create treatments
Go to: Wellness & Beauty > New Entry
Enter title, duration (in minutes), description, image, and price
Assign a category (mandatory!)
Optional: define an offer price
The price will then be displayed as follows in the guest view:
Click Save to finish
5. Use additional functions
Copy treatment for similar offers
Change order via drag & drop
Deactivate treatments instead of deleting them
Use the “Show Only” function to display selected categories only
Here’s how:Find the category ID: each category has its own ID
Adjust the link: add the category ID to the link, e.g.:
https://professional.guest.net/treatments?showonlycategories=2038The number “534” represents the ID of the desired category.
Multiple categories: to show multiple categories, separate the IDs with a comma, e.g.:
https://professional.guest.net/treatments?showonlycategories=2038,2041This allows you to display only the categories that are important to you.
Use treatments as recommendation in the program loop
Treatments can be specifically highlighted as a recommendation in the program loop by marking them in the edit view using the star icon at the top right.

Does the guest need to be logged in to use the module?

Logging into the system is not required – guests can register for activities without a login.
However, if a guest is not logged in, the booked activity will not appear under “My Stay”. The registration can later be assigned to the correct guest via the participant list.
Note: If the main menu is configured to restrict access to the “My Stay” section to logged-in guests only, this section will be visible exclusively to authenticated users.

Currently, this feature is only available through integration with the ASA Wellnessplaner, as Guestnet reads the data directly from the system.
