Introduction – What does this module do for me?

The Events module helps you to provide events digitally – either automatically synchronized with your tourism association or manually maintained. It ensures a modern, contactless experience and gives your guests a simple overview of upcoming events – directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

Feature Overview

These functions are available in the Events module:

  • Display of events as a module or slider in the guest view

  • Automatic import of events via interfaces or tourism associations

  • Manual input of events via the backend

  • Filter function by date and categories for guests

  • Selection of specific events for Guestnet TV

  • Automatic display of events taking place within the next 4 weeks

  • Display of entries up to 4 months in advance

  • Deactivate events

How to set up the Events module

  • In the backend, open the section Guestapp> Events

  • If your tourism association uses Guestnet, events will be imported automatically
