Introduction – What does this module do for me?

The Hotel Feedback module helps you collect guest feedback easily and in a structured manner – on topics such as cleanliness, comfort, or service. It ensures a modern, contactless guest experience – directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

These functions are available in the Hotel Feedback module:

  • Customizable intro text

  • Configurable mandatory fields (e.g. name, room number)

  • Flexible feedback topics (e.g. cleanliness, comfort, food, service)

  • Guest ratings via point/scale system

  • Non-public rating collection

  • Central feedback view in the admin area


How to set up the Hotel Feedback module

  1. In the backend, go to Guestapp > Hotel Feedback

  2. Customize the intro text (e.g. tone or language)

  3. Define whether name and room number should be mandatory fields

  4. Add your own rating categories (e.g. service, comfort, breakfast)

  5. Test the form with a test booking or preview


FAQ about the module

Are the ratings visible to the public?

No, ratings are only visible in the admin area.

Can I define which topics are asked about?

Yes, the feedback topics can be flexibly adjusted.

Can mandatory fields be enabled?

Yes – name and room number can be set as required fields.

Where can I view the guest feedback?

All submitted ratings can be accessed in the admin area.
