Viewer Permission Types:
Use Guidde videos and playlists can be shared in a variety of ways with:
Permission Type | Description |
Adds clickable links to videos and playlists directly in the email body. | |
Public | Anyone with the link; unindexed by search engines. |
Account | Anyone in your account (workspace). |
Spaces | A group of users in a team space, or external users grouped in a connected space. |
Individuals | A specific Guidde user in your company, or an external member in a joint space.

Open the Share Modal
1. Once your video or playlist is ready, click Share.
You can do this right after capturing your video, on the upper right corner.
Or from the guidde homepage via the three-dot menu on on the top right of each video or playlist.
2. The Share modal will open, where you can email your Guidde, copy the link, adjust privacy settings, and access export or embed options.
Set Your Video's Privacy
1. In the Share modal, you can set your video’s privacy and visibility from the bottom-left corner. Click the arrow to open the menu.
2. From the opened menu, select the privacy and visibility level you prefer:
Anyone with the link can view
Anyone in the workspace can view
Only added individuals can have access
3. Once you’ve set the appropriate privacy level, you can share, embed, or export your Guidde based on that setting and your preference.
Share a Video or Playlist via Email
From the Share modal, you can send a Guidde video or playlist directly to a single recipient or a group via email. You can also copy the video link and share it however you like.
Copy Link
1. Once you’ve clicked "Share" on the video or playlist you want to share (see above), look at the bottom right corner of the Share modal and click "Copy Link".
2. A checkmark will confirm the link was copied.
Now, simply paste it wherever you need and share with ease.
3. Your Guidde will play directly from the shared link. Just make sure the privacy settings match your intent and audience.
Send a Video or Playlist via Email
1. To send your guidde directly via email, or grant specific viewers access to your video, type in an email address in the designated field. You can add multiple emails here if you wish.
2. After entering the emails, press Enter to confirm.
3. In the opened menu, you can add an optional message to personalize your delivery, then click Share.
4. Your Guidde will be sent via email to the selected viewers, and will be seamlessly embedded in the video they receive.
5. You can see who has access to the video right below the email field. Hover over the icon to view the full name if needed.
Add a Video to a Space
The video will be added to the existing videos and playlists in the space, and will be visible to all members of that space. Learn more about Spaces in Guidde here.
1. On your Guidde homepage, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the video or playlist you want to add to a Space.
2. In the opened menu, select "Add to Space".
3. Add to the relevant space(s) by checking the checkbox next to them.
4. You can create a new space if none of the existing fits your needs. Simply click create a new space and type in its name.
5. Click "Save"
Share a Video or Playlist within Your Workspace
When the privacy level of your video is set to "Anyone in the workspace can view", the video/playlist will be available to everyone in your organization.
Click the 3-dot menu on the video/playlist's top right corner.
Click "Share".
In the bottom left of the share modal, set the access level to" Anyone in the Workspace Can View". The video is now available to everyone in your organization.
