Migrate to Guide's new scheduling pages before January 31st (mandatory)

If you're using Guide's personal scheduling pages to book meetings, you'll need to migrate to the updated version before January 31st.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Note: This process takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Scheduling pages 1.0 will be sunsetting on January 31st. After this date, the pages themselves will still remain active and functional, but recipients will lose the ability to schedule meetings via scheduling pages.

If you'd like to use the new version of Guide's scheduling pages, you'll need to set them up within your company's Guide 2.0 account. This article will walk you through how to get set up.

Steps required:

  1. Log in to your Guide 2.0 dashboard here.

  2. Head to the "Booking links" tab in your left navigation bar

  3. Click '+New booking link'

  4. Configure your scheduling preferences

  5. Copy your link, replace your old scheduling pages link with your new link

A few additional things to note:

  • You can create many personalized booking links to use in different scenarios. For example, you might have one booking link for candidate touch-bases, one for offer review calls, and another generic one you put in your email signature for anyone who wants to meet with you.

  • While the new Guide booking links are branded with your organization's logo, the content on the landing page itself is no longer customizable.

To manage your booking links from your Guide dashboard, you'll now use this view:

To copy your link for use, click the 3 dot menu and 'copy link':

To edit a booking link click the 3 dot icon:

And manage your preferences for each link using the pop up:
