Flexible me

Updated over 6 months ago

Marking a meeting as "Flexible" is a great way to inform all coordinators that a type of meeting can be double booked for an Interviewer (or the entire Organization).

The video below demonstrates:

  • Adding text "strings" to a whitelist at the Organization level, which marks all interviews containing that string as Flexible across your organization

  • Marking a meeting as flexible for a specific interviewer, directly within the Guide scheduler
